Hello, I’m Jo the manager at Woodlands Day Nursery. I have worked at the nursery for 5 years and have been in the post as manager for 18 months. I am B-Tec qualified with NVQ level 3 in management; I also have child protection and first aid certificates. I am also the SENCO for the nursery so I am responsible for any children with special needs. I am also responsible for the foundation stage planning for the nurseries within the group. Liz my deputy manager has worked at Woodlands for 6 years. She has a B-Tec National Diploma, NVQ level 3 in management and holds certificates in Health & Safety, child protection and first aid. Both Liz, the staff and myself feel we create a happy, stimulating environment for the children and that it is a very rewarding job. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and if you are interested in viewing Woodlands you will be guaranteed a very warm welcome. Hope to see you soon.
