My name is Sue Coates and I am the manager at Minus Fives Day Nursery. I started working as a nursery nurse at this nursery in 1993. It was then bought by Nunthorpe Nurseries in 1998. Since then I gained promotion to deputy at Teesdale Nursery then transferred back to Minus Fives as Manager in 2003. I enjoy working at Minus Fives with a very supportive team of staff that provides a caring and stimulating environment for the children and opportunities to meet new people. My deputy Katherine has worked at this nursery for seven years, she has a Cache Diploma and has also completed a NEB’s management course. Katherine works in the pre-school where she is responsible for the care and education of children aged from 3 to 5 years.
