Dawn Cooper - Manager		Laura - Deputy Manager

Hi, I’m Dawn Cooper the manager at Martonside Children’s Day Nursery. I am NNEB qualified and have worked for Nunthorpe Nurseries Group since 1992. I have worked at 5 of the nurseries within the group and due to promotions I have been in management roles since 1995. I get great job satisfaction especially due to the variety in my job, which involves spending fun time with the children, meeting prospective parents, having good relations with our present parents and great teamwork skills with my staff. In this career it’s great to be able to give and receive love from the children. Laura my deputy has worked for the group for 4 years and finds her job rewarding and fulfilling. Laura has experience with all age groups but is currently working with the pre-school children. Watching the children learn and grow gives her great satisfaction. The staff, Laura and myself look forward to meeting you.
